1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the ph82 website located at ph82.cam and all associated services, games, and features accessible through that domain.
• "Player," "you," "your" means any natural person who registers an account on ph82 and uses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the ph82 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player's ph82 account for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ph82 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. 2.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

ph82 is operated in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations and is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing online casino games is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account. ph82 does not accept registrations from persons physically located in or residents of Prohibited Jurisdictions, as defined in our internal compliance list and updated from time to time.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your ph82 account, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Submitting false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each natural person may register and maintain only one ph82 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited. ph82 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplication is confirmed, all accounts involved will be closed and any balances held will be forfeited. ph82 will not be liable for any losses arising from account closure under this policy.

3. Account Responsibility

3.1 Security of Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph82 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. ph82 will never request your password via email, SMS, or chat. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been performed by you and you will be liable for all resulting transactions.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

You must notify ph82 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized person. Contact our support team at [email protected]. ph82 will investigate the matter in good faith and take reasonable steps to protect your account pending investigation, but ph82 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal, ph82 requires Players to complete identity verification. This involves providing a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, Driver's License, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, SSS ID, PhilSys ID) and a selfie photograph as directed by ph82 support. KYC verification ensures compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. ph82 may request additional documentation at any time for ongoing compliance purposes.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ph82 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph, subject to availability at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 PHP. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. ph82 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

ph82 only accepts deposits from payment instruments registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to someone other than the registered Player — are prohibited and will be returned where possible, subject to verification.

4.2 Withdrawals

ph82 processes GCash and Maya withdrawals within 1–2 hours under normal operating conditions. This is a target processing time, not a guaranteed contractual commitment; actual times may vary during high-volume periods, national holidays, or payment provider outages. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 PHP. Withdrawals are disbursed only to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for deposit or verified during KYC.

ph82 reserves the right to apply additional verification before processing any withdrawal request that triggers internal compliance thresholds. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required, and processing times will be extended accordingly.

4.3 Unclaimed Balances

ph82 reserves the right to close accounts with zero activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. Remaining balances in dormant accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law regarding unclaimed funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ph82 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside the relevant promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ₱500 bonus requires ₱15,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Players found to be exploiting promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using matched betting techniques to circumvent wagering requirements, or employing wagering patterns that constitute bonus abuse as determined by ph82 — will have bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts suspended. ph82's determination of bonus abuse is final and binding.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and free spin credits expire as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonus balances and any winnings derived therefrom will be voided without prior notice. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor the expiry status of active bonuses via their account dashboard.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Availability

ph82 offers slots, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, Teen Patti, and other categories sourced from licensed third-party game providers. Game availability may change at any time due to provider licensing, technical updates, or regulatory requirements. ph82 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific title.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, communication failure, or system error that results in an incorrect display of a game outcome or an erroneous credit to a Player's account, ph82 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and correct the account balance accordingly. Winnings generated from a malfunctioning game do not constitute valid payouts. ph82 will not be liable for any loss of profit arising from voided rounds where the malfunction was beyond ph82's reasonable control.

6.3 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on ph82 are subject to the Sports Betting Rules published in the Sports section of the Platform. These rules govern settlement procedures, void event policies, live betting conditions, and maximum payout limits. Where a conflict exists between general Terms and the Sports Betting Rules for a specific market, the Sports Betting Rules take precedence.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

ph82 may apply maximum payout limits per game session, per day, or per event. These limits are disclosed in the relevant game or sports market interface. ph82 reserves the right to reduce stakes or decline bets that exceed risk exposure thresholds, without being required to provide a reason.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph82. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on ph82.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or betting market on ph82.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or the Platform itself.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, as amended) and PAGCOR AML directives.
• Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access or use your ph82 account.
• Engaging in any activity that places ph82 in breach of its PAGCOR license conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without ph82's prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph82 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform.
• Indirect, special, or consequential losses or damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond ph82's reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or payment provider outages.
• Errors in the display of game results caused by malfunctions, provided ph82 has taken reasonable steps to correct the error and void affected rounds.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph82's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

ph82 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on their account, or through a notice displayed on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using ph82 and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance prior to the amendment's effective date.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from or in connection with your use of ph82 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph82, you agree to first contact ph82 support at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. ph82 will endeavor to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's player dispute resolution procedures, or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines with jurisdiction over the matter. By accepting these Terms, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for any unresolved dispute.
